At Foldimate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. RETURNS
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs for the return of your item will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
